To help you get started, here’s a step-by-step guide on what you need to do:
1) Uninstall the current Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that you have installed.
2) Press “Windows key + R” to launch the Run dialog window. Type %AppData% and click OK or press Enter.
You will see a folder named Adobe, you will need to remove it.
3) Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ latest supported downloads:
